Good company performance, excellent vision

Cons

no transparency on the salary package, too bureaucratic, most of them are with company for a longer time and they feel like running family business (and not much growth / visibility to the newcomer)

It was good for a little while, but that greatly depends on your management.

Cons

You're just a number. The company preaches about how ethical they are but upper management and HR are slimey. Extreme micromanagement and unprofessional behavior make for a toxic work environment.
