in the union after 90 days once you have seniority you can do as you want

Cons

once it changed from Johnson controls to clarios overtime pretty much stopped HR is for the company not employees

While many people crave the work-life balance, it looks like you would prefer more working hours. There is definitely a push to strike a balance as there is always more work to be done than hours in the day.

I enjoyed working for Carlos. He is a great manager and very passionate.

Cons

There were a lot of temp employees. Some of the engineering staff are a little toxic.
