If you are a union employee you might get high pay. If not…oh well.

Cons

No care shown for employees. Most places that don’t value staff at least give a few pizza parties a year. We got socks. One pair of company branded socks. Little to no reinvestment into the company. Tuition reimbursement is a joke. Salaried pay is not competitive.

Sorry to see your poor review and disappointment in the current working conditions. Socks are cute! But as you say, not enough to overcome a challenging work environment. Your advice is valuable. We learn and read every review, so thank you for sharing your frustration. Better yet, share it locally and bring some of these things forward to the team so they can properly address and hold onto a long-term valuable employee like you.
