Pros

14 paid holidays, PTO starts at 16 days with five days of sick time. The pay is great.

Cons

Overtime. Supervisors are still paid overtime which is great. You will be told that you're working about 40 Saturdays during the year. Sometimes they get canceled or changed so it's very difficult to plan any weekend activities.

overworked, horrible management. Too many underqualified personnel that came over from Johnson Controls

This is certainly not the norm and would encourage anyone to look closely at jobs in our Glendale, WI headquarters and ask plenty of questions about work/life balance and long-term strategic vision for the department and functional area.

Absolutely a consideration for everyone to know that our plants are working to produce automotive batteries which means working in a leaded environment which means intense safety requirements and PPE no matter what location you are working at. We enforce high safety requirements everywhere we operate to keep our employees and our metrics way above the national standards, super important for ongoing safe operating procedures.
