New management in Asia who doesn't know the market. No clear strategy and direction Doing what is "best for the company" at the expense of all customers.

Working in a toxic, lead environment. Temperature gets to over 100 degrees on floor.

Thanks for posting and sorry to see that your work experience has been less than ideal. The heat in Florida is obviously a factor for our environment that the team is always working to improve and help everyone stay comfortable.
