Lots to learn, room for growth and advancement. Free Rockwell Certification and Training. Tuition reimbursement. Senior Employees mentor, provide support.

Cons

Some issues can get passed on, can kicked down the road as they say. If you want to see change you have to roll up your sleeves and take charge.
