Lots of opportunity for growth through performing day-to-day job activities and working on long-term, corporate level projects. Access to different functions of the company within the rotation program (allows you to build a wider range of job experience and industry knowledge) Very solid management team.

Cons

There’s a high likelihood that you’ll learn your next rotation location on short notice (but they do cover travel for finding an apartment and relocation).
