      Toxic + Biased + Two-Faced + Favoritism, Personal Favors / Advancement + You Name a Bad or Unprofessional Attribute and; they Have It = Highly Unprofessional Leadership, ALWAYS Threatening Staff and Subordinates.

      Pay is good and some leaders are trying to be better.

      Cons

      The culture at Clarios is poor at best. That is in both the plants and headquarters. They believe that running a business by bullying and disrespect is the way to go.
