Amazing culture that bleeds into all the work they do
Pros
The executives are amazing people and they are very intentional with being transparent and open with all employees. Benefits are good. My team has been amazing and helpful in growing me from being a relatively new software developer to feeling seasoned and capable of anything I set my mind to. Very high-challenge, high-trust environment. I got pushed a little out of my comfort zone to force me to get better, and everyone around was willing to help me if I got stuck. I never felt like I was on an island. It truly feels like my second family. I feel welcomed and loved every time I walk into the office. Freedom to explore new ideas and projects. We can propose ideas to leadership and they may support the endeavor.
Cons
Mileage may vary depending on the team/contract you are on. Some teams are amazing but I've heard negative things about other teams. Leadership will be willing to move you if you aren't happy with your team.
