      Global org, wide range of products, large market share, good work life balance

      Cons

      - Leadership is terrible from top down, some good mangers but stifled by rigid processes and a company which can’t adapt fast enough for their industry. - No communication between departments everyone works in silos. - Zero people culture, you are just a number until no longer needed, it used to be an annual cull in October, now it happens frequently. People just disappear, you will find out they left months later - Share price trajectory is tragic
