Read all negative reviews. you would know the company better. Everyone have spoken truth. And some of the good points looks like have been written by company stake holders to save their company

Cons

Worst company and environment. no hike no bonus is paid out, hardly you wooukd get 6 % of what is promised to you. Managers are very much interested to find out what people talk about them at their back. people are like spy and they inform to the managers. what stupidity. Work hard noone helps except your knowledge.
