Pros

Good product and Brand recognitions in short time due to high quality product. New global entity (from TR to clarivate is smaller but more connected in certain aspects. Work and Life balance is good for privileged employee. Travel facilities at par with top tier companies (downside- for some, travel doesn’t require reason and it’s like paid 5-Star holidays trip). Effective variable payouts and expense reimbursement system.

Cons

Endless. We have been missing number for last 5 years. A journey from million to few hundred thousands.
