Work is OK, nothing fancy, you will not learn much

Cons

Company is loosing a lot of mid to senior level management talent after sale. CEO must seriously concentrate on employees first. He must stop the hiring from outside especially for senior roles and look for in-house talent. Even after patiently holding the fort during the times of change, no one has been promoted to senior roles in the past few years and all management hires are ex Thomson Reuters folks (they only like to bring in their friends at senior roles). If you are aspirational and ready to work hard hoping to grow with the company, don't choose Clarivate. there are so many leads and managers who have spent more than 5 years and in the same role. They will never get promoted. I am tired and decided to leave and got good position outside.

Salary was decent. A few of the people I worked with were nice.

Cons

Management is awful, focused on short term results to get to the next sale or going public (which I doubt will ever happen). Meetings constantly and nothing gets done. No one cares about the employees at all just getting results for themselves. Expectations to work constantly. The morale is extremely low. I wish I didn't waste my time here, if you have another option take it!
