Pros

Great products, colleagues, offices. Some excellent recent strategic acquisitions Quite generous package, including reasonable pension contributions

Cons

Most top management positions seem to go to hires from outside the company. Little promotion from within. Overbearing micro-management style seems prevalent, stifling freedom and innovation, and leading to a rather dissatisfying overall experience.
