Current location is very good in CV raman nagar. Good transport, easy to commute for for long distance user. very good environment to work.

Cons

I guess location is selected purely based on cost saving method. Just by collecting postal code and looking for location is not a good way. You should also think about what are the transport mode available for employees to reach office. The decision making guy is sitting in Hyderabad and takes decision for Bangalore employees without even considering transport mode. It gives clear picture that company is worried about cost saving method than employee happiness.

Pros

Good Work life balance. Fun place to work. Decent increments and bonus were given. No micromanagement, managers are friendly and encourage any new/good ideas. Upgrading to use all latest tools and technology. Really challenging nature of work which adds good value to your profile. Efforts and hardwork gets recognized to the top level management.

Cons

Rewards and Recognition could be made better, especially winners do not get good/exciting gifts. Ambience is boring, it’s not bright, colorful and nothing interesting about the look and feel of the office.
