Main product is good. Benefits are good. Nice kitchen and all that jazz. Most of the people are super motivated, intelligent and talented. Open to new technologies and processes. a chance to learn a lot.
Cons
Sweat shop vibes. Employees are degraded into mere resources. Tasks are given when already overdue. Urging dev team to increase productivity, while already overloaded, and while product requirements constantly change. Work life balance doesn't exist. Micro management at almost every level. Leading a feature is discouraged - developing a button gets praised while feature owners get chewed. Loud and arrogant employees are preferred over humble, hard working ones. A toxic high school-like atmosphere between co-workers. Curses, profanity and sexist comments are common and are not discouraged by management. Development is fast, at the expense of proper research and design.
