Strict hours and face time requirements that remain indifferent to people's family commitments, health concerns, and the changing workplace outside of Clark, yes, even in COVID times. (Even corporate has a lower proportion of females than an investment bank and they don't even realized it.) Management seems to have mostly gotten their positions by entrenchment, a commitment to conformity, optics, repetition and an ability to create the impression that they squeeze work out of their employees. Clark HR seems to be resigned to pockets of bad management and high turn-over because of the sense of entrenchment (or maybe they just don't care?) Very little attention is paid to improving Clark's tactical or strategic approaches, even when the status quo clearly is not working. Employees who enjoy Clark corporate seem to be conformist and not particularly concerned with their own professional development.
