      Pros

      Clark culture drives excellence in client service, safety, quality and personal development. Strong sense of community involvement and service. One of a kind projects with strong positive impact on the community (hospitals, museums, theaters, sports venues along with large office and residential developments). Large company resources with a small company feel. Dedicated resources for personal development through internal and external training.

      Cons

      Construction is a demanding industry and sometimes the hours are long compared to other careers. Project locations can dictate longer commutes at times but that's hard to avoid in construction.

      - Feel challenged every day - Massive environment with a lot to learn - Every day is different - Employee appreciation and recognition is very real - The caliber of people that work at Clark are outstanding - Lots of opportunities to interact with other departments and socialize - Everyone has an infectious positive attitude - Corporate focus on community service is very real

      Cons

      - No downsides. This has turned into a dream job for me.
