      Coworkers, but that varies by project. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Company cultured is predicated on working its employees to the bone at a project site. Tremendous stigma on working less than 9 hours, or taking sick days. They do a lot of company events (happy hours, sports events etc.) to make you believe that that company cares, but fully expect you to work 10-12 hour days up to six days a week. If you're passionate about the construction industry this will be a good experience because you will learn a lot, otherwise stay away.
