      Pros

      Number one emphasis on safety. Big company with a small company experience in relations to coworkers and upper management on different projects and within the region. Challenging and unique projects to be a part of. Constant recognition, feedback, and support to advance career from upper management.

      Cons

      Typically can work longer hours depending on the project and it's current schedule (most jobs in construction).

      Clark understands that the construction industry is stressful and demands long hours, but they do a great job of allowing their employees a work/life balance when available and necessary. Along with this, they show their appreciation by their benefits, compensation, and perks.

      Cons

      Clark is a national corporation which can cause some cons (non-exposure to leadership, no help from resources, or isolation from corporate head quarters), but Clark does a great job of mitigating these in all regions.
