      Pros

      - Neat Projects - Good pay/raises - There are lots of good managers to work under - Lots of fun events for younger employees - Most projects are very involved in community service

      Cons

      - Stupidly long hours (pushing 70/week at times) - Weekend work is VERY typical (at times I worked for 2 weeks straight) - Promotions are based on time at company vs performance & merit - Some managers can be emotionally abusive - Reviews are awful and there is little constructive criticism given - Hardly any paid holidays - Not much say in what project you end up on - You will be over worked and constantly stressed - CEO preaches "work-life harmony" vs "work-life balance"

      You're given a lot of responsibilities and learn an enormous amount in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Work is your life, there is no balance. If you worked hourly, you would get paid more!
