      We build some of the most iconic buildings in the country. The company cares about the employees and the employees' families. There are so many opportunities to learn every aspect of the business. The rotation program and Clark University provides an amazing learning opportunity. Clark acts with integrity as a core principle and stands behind what we build. We are a company of smart fun people who have a large positive impact on our communities.

      We work hard but have a lot of fun. You need to have a passion for what you do to find happiness and success here.

      Pros

      Clark will challenge you to succeed by handing you responsibility you may not necessarily feel prepared for, but can probably handle with hard work and dedication. Corporate leadership is willing to recognize and promote talent. Clark's conservative and expert approach construction means they will be around and dominant (in certain markets) for a long time.

      Cons

      Antiquated closed office space in Bethesda (for those based in the Mid-Atlantic headquarters). While most employees are based on jobsites, the compartmentalized nature of the Bethesda headquarters isn't ideal. However, management is working to change this, and it only affects a small portion of the overall population.

      great coworkers. everyone is excited with what they do day in and day out.

      Cons

      hours can get long on the site. sometimes weeks were pushing 52 hours on site.
