Pros

While I have only been with Clark for a little over a year and a half, I've already noticed that the culture, working relationships, and career development aspects have been great at Clark. They try to develop teams and individuals as sound leaders and set them up for success.

You're given a lot of responsibilities and learn an enormous amount in a short period of time.

Cons

Work is your life, there is no balance. If you worked hourly, you would get paid more!
