      -Great people -Amazing project opportunities -Job security -Options for rotating -Access to cutting-edge construction technology -Receive a lot of responsibility very quickly -Room for growth/the ability to move up in the company is more accessible than at many others

      Cons

      -Very sink or swim culture, although they would rarely let you drown. You definitely should know when to ask for help there. - Do not take care of their employees, but they are working on this! -Can be a harsh culture for those that do not receive good mentorship -Work long hours, many months with 60 hour weeks -Very high stress environment

      Pros

      Clark is a great company - one that consistently shows me that we are dedicated to doing the right thing for our clients and trade partners. Clark has talented management and employees and are investing heavily in both innovation and training. The future looks bright! The company's portfolio of projects are varied and exciting and there are plenty of opportunities for entry level employees to learn and grow (quickly if they are willing and capable). I've enjoyed my time both professionally and personally working for Clark.

      Opportunities for flexible schedules, personal time, work-from-home, etc. are limited.

      We build some of the most iconic buildings in the country. The company cares about the employees and the employees' families. There are so many opportunities to learn every aspect of the business. The rotation program and Clark University provides an amazing learning opportunity. Clark acts with integrity as a core principle and stands behind what we build. We are a company of smart fun people who have a large positive impact on our communities.

      We work hard but have a lot of fun. You need to have a passion for what you do to find happiness and success here.
