      Pros

      - Every day is different...on purpose...if the projects are not different each day then we aren't building. - The teams that we have come from all areas of the country, all backgrounds, and all seem to find a rhythm that creates some incredible projects. - We are a relatively flat organization where Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers have frequent and personal interactions with the leadership of the company.

      Cons

      - At times, everyone must roll their sleeves up and get down in the details of complicated problem sets. - Not everything goes according to plan and that can set a project team back for months at a time. - Tough jobs typically come from tough clients.

      Pros

      You understand the construction business very quickly and are asked to contribute right from the start. Very lean organization so everyone is important.

      Cons

      Culture is a bit old (ties are mandatory in the office) plus there is not much training / development for those outside the real of engineer.

 - Smart, high-performing employees who take pride in what they do and being the best
 - Lots of exposure to and interaction with executive leadership

      Cons

      Leadership is making a marked effort to create a more flexible culture with more emphasis on work-life balance, but the construction industry will always be schedule driven so at times you work long hours.
