      -You get placed in a project and people take the time and effort to teach you on a daily basis -Opportunities to learn software and perform relevant tasks -Good culture!

      Cons

      -Looks like people are overworked. They work very hard and long hours. However interns get paid overtime so long hours during internships are uncommon
