      Good salary, and benefits for the full time employees. Learn a lot and great experience. Training employees.

      "family" culture, "small" company feel

      Cons

      "cliquish" feel to work environment, must be part of the "in crowd", absolutely no work/life balance, very long hours, even if you can get the job done in less they still expect you to work long hours, most people who work there job is their life
