      Good salary, and benefits for the full time employees. Learn a lot and great experience. Training employees.

      Cons

      Seemed like the full time employees worked 55+ hours a week. No life outside of work.

      Excellent Training and Advancement Opportunities. Common sense goes a long way to advancement and the ability to multitask is greatly rewarded.

      Cons

      It's Construction, 10-12 hour days are normal... Work/Life Balance could be better but again, it is construction and if you want to be promoted you need to put in the work.
