      Good Projects. well named company but poor culture in San Fransisco Office.

      Cons

      Pompous. Arrogant. Individualistic. Just a few words to describe the overall culture. NO work/life balance, compensation below average, Lack of Communication, disorganization, frequent transferrals, poor workmanship tolerated or even encouraged, too many meetings and not enough working.

      Pros

      Great opportunities for young and hardworking individuals that find themselves in the right situation to advance their way up the corporate ladder. Tuition reimbursement and profit-sharing is also a plus.

      Cons

      The company is a big machine and some people can get lost in that type of structure. That being said the big machine is a successful one.
