      Because you are given a lot of responsibility early on, you have the opportunity to learn very fast within the company.

      However its easy to burn out after a few years

      Rewarding work being outside in fresh air. Building my commute great pay fun people the opportunity to move up. Operating different types of tools and machinery.6

      Cons

      You have to work outside when it's cold and nasty. Dangerous environment. Working from great heights and low depths.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working here at Clark. My colleagues are like family. The management is accessible and has an open door policy which is appreciated. I love that there is no micro management and lots of opportunity to grow and develop in my career.

      Cons

      Because our corporate offices are located in Maryland It can be a challenge to get information in real time.
