      great people and team. can be a lot of work at times

      early starts and long days sometimes but manageable. Not as bad as people make it out to be. 7am-4ish most days

      Fair compensation. Great experience. Fast paced culture. Work flies by. Amazing experience - highly technical projects.

      Cons

      Not so great work life balance. But that also depends on how much you want to contribute. There are several people that work short days but they might also not be interested in advancing their career quickly.
