Pros
The company has numerous opportunities for growth and all the employees here want you to see you succeed (unlike other toxic companies I've worked at)
Cons
No cons here but I wish people understood how construction (even the corporate office) pays very well. However, the industry is not appealing to GenZ because social media and other platforms promote tech or consulting services instead.
