      - Some managers were flexible with opportunities to work from home and modify work hours - Wide breadth of opportunities in different market sectors and geographies - Access to company resources from multiple subsidiaries to help build wide skill and knowledge base

      - Upper management is stuck in their ways and is slow to change - Turnover is a huge issue due to lack of clarity in job scope and responsibilities - Slow to promote and hesitate to give raises based on performance, leading to turnover - Pay and benefits are below other companies based on geography

      Good team members that try to support each other.

      CEO down the company is awful. They don’t believe in any remote work. The company earns BILLIONS a year and don’t give raises and give the bare minimum.
