      - Job Security - Great extra curriculars - Lots of young entry level employees who all start out on even playing field. - Win some pretty interesting jobs

      Cons

      - Really intense and hostile work environment. Have overheard (on many occasions) Executives trash talking younger/ lower ranking staff to other employees in an open space for all to hear. - For your first 3 years of employment you salary will remain stagnant while your work load / responsibility will increase.
