      Pros

      Great people and very diverse projects which you'll gain valuable experience on.

      Cons

      Very rigid promotion and pay structure. As an Engineer, it can be hard to see the correlation between your accomplishments with compensation and promotion timeline.

      Pros

      It is similar to any other large business. It is what you make of it, they allow you to take on projects that you may not necessarily be ready for but you may not get the opportunity at another company. Great coworkers with a wealth of knowledge that you can ask questions of.

      Cons

      Not a ton of recognition in the pre-construction department. But that is what happens when the stuff you work on doesn't get completed for a few years.
