Training is very comprehensive and, in my opinion, accurately instills the values of the organization in employees

Cons

Leadership is somewhat insular despite their attempts otherwise. Alumni network isn't connected with students in some programs, and it is very clear which programs are prioritized.

Pros

The students are wonderful, and many faculty are wonderful--interesting, thoughtful people. The president is forward thinking and ambitious and has been introducing some excellent initiatives.

Cons

Salaries tend to be on the low end, and the administration is tight with money for everything but its pet projects and for administrators.
