1. Communication with the university's management team was straightforward and very helpful. 2. The schedule was tailored towards your academic and personal needs. 3. Feeling of fulfillment from helping others through the journey you already made.

Cons

1. Small institution, so the need in a TA even in "big" courses with over 30 students was minimal, so the hours were short and payment was mediocre.
