Great culture and openness in the workplace. A leading higher education institution with a clear focus on students and making a positive impact on their lives

Cons

Too slow to implement anything and pays below Boston's standards. Location is also a con as there is little attractiveness to the neighborhood.

Pros

small University, humble people, nice culture. I also like the green and the Goddard Library, it is one of the best places to spend time and finish your work.

Cons

Low quality of education, professors are not welling to help, scanty resources, Worcester is not the best city that you want to live in. Difficult to promote your self.
