The payment is quite low

The leadership is a giant issue for Clark right now. They have lost, are losing and will continue to lose amazing people if they keep going in the direction they are going with their current student services (DSS) leadership team. When I started at Clark I was part of a collaborative and caring team of professionals with fantastic leadership. Near halfway through my time at Clark that all changed. Brand new leadership with absolutely no experience or tact. This change proved to be a very negative and unhealthy environment for me and from what I saw, other employees throughout the division as well and is exactly the reason that motivated me to leave. I deserve a much healthier, more sane environment with fair compensation. As a leader and a person in a director position, I have personally seen fellow employees being belittled, gaslit and treated unfairly (issues regarding salary, job descriptions, title, overall respect) and I wish I had spoken up back when I had a chance to make a difference. For that I am sorry.
