Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, decent discounts.

Cons

A logistic nightmare, clientele is rough around the edges which leads to a below par secret shop program. Quality is sliding downward, expectations are unrealistic, the company is becoming more secretive and political.

Pros

- serving families and children is very laid back and enjoyable - very flexible working hours! - staff discount - customers always know what they're looking for as many have shopped with the company before and all new customers are well informed

Cons

- like many jobs, can become stressful when trying to introduce new systems to the consumers and customers
