Pros

Good store team, I work in a small store so the atmosphere is very friendly and helpful Good benefit schemes, and still get bonus even when I'm now only seasonal staff only working during the holidays!

Cons

The benefits used to be better, but Clarks seems to have tightened their beltts slightly (to be expected in the current climate though)
