      Good experience gained in telecommunications. Be it OSP Engineering or RF Engineering you will gain proper knowledge to succeed in the field of telecommunications.

      Cons

      Higher management does not value operational employees. They don't make an effort to retain their good talent.

      You get to work with people with a lot of experience who are willing to teach. Since ir has two labor unions, you get to work with different aspects of labor relations and labor law.

      Cons
