I worked in the call center really they took away everything customer service related to do a sales environment with cs responsabilities they transfer cs calls to 3rd party cs which they dnt know what to do and you have a customer upset my reason to leave was after 5 yrs still didnt get a promotion and people new with influences with less senority got promote first
