Not enough recognition to floor staff. Wages don't reflect cost od living in the area. Alot of nepotism and click. No support from upper management

You are allowed to essentially make your own hours

Cons

There is WAY too much driving, and they expect you to drive 1 hour there, 1 hr back and then be driving the client around. You get compensated for gas but not for tire changes, oil changes, and wear and tear.
