Pros

One of the many pros is the amount of earned time off you get throughout the year. I have never worked somewhere that has this much. I also work with great staff and have a great work environment

My employment with Pathways of Arizona has been extremely positive. I work remotely but feel completely supported by my Supervisor but never micro managed. In the last 6 months, there have been a couple of emergencies that were out of my control, that caused me to have to take time off. Not only was my direct Supervisor supportive but her Supervisor reached out to me to make sure we were ok. Overall, Pathways of Arizona is an excellent place to work. They have allowed me to thrive in the work that is required of me but they are also open to new ideas on how to do things differently.

Cons

I'm the only employee in my region so I haven't met a majority of the other employees around the state but that comes with a remote job.
