      Its always very rewarding working with the I.D. population.

      Working for an unreachable dictatorship where employees have no say and we're always reminded that we are working at Will and if you don't like it then Quit the same day. Christmas bonus of 600 retracted on Dec.24th stating that none of us deserved a bonus this year. Five cent raises per year are far below cost of living increases. I had a 1 year break in 23 years of service to upgrade my skills and training at the state hospital, upon returning to Pathways Redco I'm reduced to minimum wage and loss of Vacation time accrual as if I never worked there at all.
