      Excellent one-on-one interaction with the kids. Great deal of autonomy.

      Draining on all levels. Can be frustrating depending on clients family environment.

      My Supervisor was caring, compassionate, and supportive. There was always a team approach which helped with case consultations.

      Very rewarding as you can actually give your clients the care they deserve and holiday pay incentive for working a holiday as well

      Cons

      Pay isn't the greatest for what you're expected to do finding own coverage when there's a matter to be addressed only certain peoples words matter until it is too late
