Pros
There is a lot of team work and building relationships. The clients are great and you can have tons of fun. There are some hard days but once you get through them, everything is okay. You always have your manager or other staff to lean on during the hard times. They are pretty flexible with schedules as long as you give them notice. There is typically a place for everyone, Renew has tons of houses with different clients. Some are slow and steady while others are face paced.
Cons
The turn over rate is pretty high. I see a lot of staff come in and not realize that their program has personal hygiene care or is physically behavioral. Instead of asking for a transfer to a different program, they quit.
