      Feel respected as an employee. Pretty tight group.

      Cons

      Working with inexperienced staff. Working with staff that do not understand their importance and impact on clients’ lives as well as their own long term wellbeing.

      There are no pros to FPS.

      Cons

      It is very clickish. If your not born and raised in Martinsville, VA hang it up. Staff and rude and unhelpful upon hire. Management are liars and falsify documents changing them before sending them to government agencies.

      School schedule (Plenty of time off) Potential to be minimal-stress and positive environment.

      Cons

      This position is like working for a completely different company contingent on what region you work for and school you are assigned to. Every region/school does things very differently and has different expectations. The stress-level and morale are all contingent on where you are placed. I luckily was placed at a wonderful school with amazing site-leaders. It was the best job of my life. However; within the same region, employees at different schools were stressed, over-worked, and miserable.
