not aba, and not effective supervision did not provide in the home supervision and weekly supervision was not child specific

I don't feel valued as an employee. We have a high turnover rate due to this. Pay is no where near what it should be. The company recently stopped giving annual raises to dedicated employees. (We were told the company just can't afford it right now) It is only a 2 percent raise! Unless one is willing to work full time,one does not receive any benefits, holiday pay, sick days, or vacation days. This is a great job for someone who just wants some extra spending money for their household but not for one who is the sole provider.
